Holiday Inn Baton Rouge College Drive I-10 by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"This is the 2nd of two visits this month as my son wraps up his time in Baton Rouge with school. We've stayed at many of the hotels there in Baton Rouge & this Holiday Inn has been our go to the last four yrs. It is clean close to LSU & a few restaurants nearby. Even though it's off the highway it is on a road that makes you feel more secure while driving it. Parking has been good. The breakfast is good in the restaurant & the rooms have been clean every time we've gone. I would recommend this location over the hotels downtown actually. If I had one thing to say this go round it would be that some of the gym equipment is showing age & the machines need a little repair."

8/10 Good
"The hotel was spacious and clean. However, we had to pay for parking, but I did not see a security guard in the lot to justify the charge, and it was not a parking lot. We could have easily parked at one of the two hotels on either side for free and walked. The elevators need maintenance, as they made scary sounds and were very jerky. Lastly, we were woken by a knock at the door at 8:30 AM and by someone trying to come in (we assume it was housekeeping, as they clearly had a key. If check-out time is 11, this should never happen. I did let the front desk know and they did apologize."
